More Christmas

I was very excited to decorate the tree this year...maybe a little too excited!
I had it all planned out in my mind...
Hot chocolate, a Christmas movie, cuddling on the couch with my babies and hubby, putting decorations on the tree as I look at my beautiful family and count all my blessings.

The reality was screaming, Reagan eating hooks off the ground, Reagan eating the ornaments, Colin complaining about not getting to watch the movie as promised when the tension got too high, etc, etc, etc!

Oh well - that's real life!

I love how my stockings turned out! They took FOREVER but it was worth it!

We took the kids and grandma to Northpark mall for lunch and while we were waiting to be seated, Colin had a wonderful time riding the three stories of escalators!

We were able to have one of Kevin's clients over for dinner with the family. Kevin won his asylum case last year and he is such an amazing man.

We had lots of sword fights!

ICE!

I love this tradition of going to see ICE at the Gaylord...I just wish the kids liked it too!
This year the theme was The Nutcracker and the sugar plum fairies were my favorite!

They also had a Christmas in New York section that was adorable!

This little girl lasted about one minute before she started freaking out! thankfully we were able to get her out of there and take turns so we could see it all and really enjoy the exhibits!

Another Magical Day at Bell Family Farm

So. Much. FUN!!

Christmas Festivities

Christmas Sunday

I love these little cuties!

Christmas Eve

The Sharps came over for a lovely turkey dinner with all the trimmings that we all cooked together, followed by yummy dessert, balloon animals, games, and lots of fun conversation.
The cousins have so much fun together!

Grandma reading "How the Grinch Stole Christmas"

Look at how much mommy and daughter look alike! So cute!

Kate was so sweet with Reagan! According to Kate: "Why do I need a doll when I have a real baby right here?"
Reagan loved the attention from her cool older cousin!

Christmas Day
We had a wonderful Christmas!
Santa came and left Kevin quite a long string!

Colin's string lead to a new scooter!

Great minds think alike! Both grandma and the Sharps knew Colin would love tools!

After naps, we headed to the Sharps for the traditional Christmas morning breakfast of Christmas carol rolls and eggs and sausage followed by more eating and more eating!

We enjoyed hanging out, enjoying our presents, food, and playing games!

Kate spent much of her time walking with Reaggie!

Colin's Christmas Program

I think that I died of cuteness at Colin's preschool Christmas program!
These little cuties stole the show!
Colin, Eliza, and Isaac rocked their song during the program!
As you can tell, they are the stable animals from the Nativity and they sang the most adorable song about what the animals at the manger said to Baby Jesus.

Colin did great for the first song but refused to sing the big number with all the kids.  He just stood there with these big eyes while other kids sang, cried, and fell apart!

After the program, they had a party but of course, he didn't want to take a picture with his wonderful teacher, Mrs Marti.
