At Home With Baby

We've been home from the hospital a week now and are really enjoying our time getting to know Reagan, watching Colin learn to like (not quite love!) his little sister, and getting used to the lack of sleep again.

Baby Reagan

Baby Reagan was born last week and we are so in love with our new little girl!

Born at 3:29pm, 7lbs 10 oz and 20 7/8 inches, she is completely perfect!

While the day didn't go exactly as planned with lots of delays, it didn't matter because at the end of it all we got this most amazing little bundle that we absolutely adore!

I won't post any of the c-section pics, but you can see the docs working on me behind the sheet in this picture.  Kevin is completely fascinated by the procedure and, like with Colin, took lots of pictures during the procedure that might frighten some readers!  I think it is so cool to have pictures of her coming out, but they are a little graphic!

Baby Shower Time!

I had an amazing baby shower thrown by two of my really good friends - Kaity and Jene.

Everything was beautiful and everyone was so generous to Baby Reagan...this little girl's got some super stylish clothes now!

Thank you to everyone that attended and brought such yummy food and presents!  Reagan is so blessed to be born into such a great community of friends and family!

Halloween

What a week!  We got back from vacation and Colin and I both got really sick...like really sick.

I wasn't sure if we would make it to trick or treating at Kevin's office, but thankfully Colin was feeling well enough to go.

Well, his horrible tummy problems may have stopped, but that didn't make him the sweet  and well behaved (quiet) little boy I was hoping we could show of at Daddy's work.

He was adorable to be sure...just not in the best of moods!

We were pretty happy he still fit his leprechaun costume from St. Patty's Day!  Thanks mom!

Like I said, I was pretty sick a few days before Halloween.  No, Kevin didn't beat me!  I just burst a blood vessel while being, um, really sick (aka throwing up violently) 

I hope this clears up soon because I look like a freak!
